Simple Roasted Carrots
Compliment your roast this Christmas with this simple yet sumptuous roasted carrots recipe.
1tbsp goose fat
Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Put the goose fat into a roasting tin and place in the oven to melt and heat up.
- Cut the carrots into equal sizes and place in the hot roasting tin, spooning fat onto the tops to ensure they’re evenly covered. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes, depending on size, until the carrots are lightly browned, turning occasionally.
