Simple Roasted Carrots

Compliment your roast this Christmas with this simple yet sumptuous roasted carrots recipe. 


​1kg carrots
1tbsp goose fat
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Put the goose fat into a roasting tin and place in the oven to melt and heat up.
  3. Cut the carrots into equal sizes and place in the hot roasting tin, spooning fat onto the tops to ensure they’re evenly covered. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes, depending on size, until the carrots are lightly browned, turning occasionally.
